The goal of this project is to conduct a comprehensive market research survey targeting Human Resource departments across a minimum of 20 organizations or companies. The primary objective is to gather insights into current HR practices, learning programs challenges, and trends they see with employees 19-35. The project involves designing a survey that effectively captures relevant data, distributing it to the selected organizations, and analyzing the responses to identify key patterns and insights. This project allows learners to apply their knowledge of survey design, data collection, and data analysis, providing a practical application of classroom learning. The tasks are closely related and can be completed by a team of learners specializing in business or marketing research. The project is designed to be completed within 80 hours, ensuring a focused and efficient approach.
