Nikhil was tasked with a complex project that involved transitioning a MySQL connector based python driver to the SQLAlchemy ORM API for a production-ready web application. Nikhil was able to ramp up quickly to get familiar with the existing codebase. The project required significant amounts of self-learning and time management skills and Nikhil demonstrated exceptional proactivity ensuring that all tasks were completed within the allocated timeframe. He performed detailed task breakdowns and documented step by step progress for the various project components. Nikhil also displayed effective verbal and written communication skills during the entirety of the project. Overall, we were extremely impressed with his performance and would definitely consider him for similar opportunities in the future.

Nikhil and Tom did a wonderful job supporting our team with building out several flows of our mobile app. They set up a local hosting environment, a local database, and produced relevant/usable code for our wireframe designs. They were comfortable trying out new things, asking questions, and learning new skills. Great job!
