In my role, I created and refined engineering drawings using SolidWorks, ensuring they meet design standards and accuracy requirements. I also worked on essential engineering documentation, including PFMEA, process flows, and work instructions. A key part of my job involved assisting with continuous improvement efforts by standardizing work instructions, gathering data, and conducting cycle time studies to enhance efficiency.

I supported APQP activities by following up on tasks, gathering critical data, and analyzing part flow to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, I assisted with change management by maintaining document control processes and updating changeover documentation. I also contributed to quality assurance by collecting measurements and data for PPAP submissions and Gauge Analysis.

Beyond these responsibilities, I worked on quotations and researched manufacturing processes to determine the best methods for producing specific parts. My role required me to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and played a key part in improving engineering and manufacturing processes.

In my role, I created an engaging and user-friendly Shopify store to boost sales, increase revenue, and enhance the overall customer experience based on feedback and web analytics. I optimized Shopify themes and modified existing templates to align with brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing storefront.

To improve efficiency, I ensured seamless integration with marketing tools, platform APIs, and Shopify apps, optimizing the store’s functionality. I regularly tested and debugged the website to enhance performance and resolve any technical issues. Additionally, I conducted A/B testing on web pages based on analytics, implementing successful changes to improve conversion rates.

I collaborated with an agency partner to develop automated email flows using Shopify and Klaviyo, including welcome series, win-backs, abandoned cart reminders, and upsell campaigns. I also improved the user experience within the customer portal, making interactions more intuitive and efficient.
