PROJECT DESCRIPTION/DESCRIPTION DU PROJET: Happy Wax is a home fragrance company that offers a flame-free way to scent your space with our wax warmers and scented wax melts. Most of our brand's sales are direct-to-consumer (DTC) - our website, happywax.com, and Amazon. Our marketing efforts have centered on driving new customer acquisition, but we would like to spend more time on improving the customer experience and increasing customer retention/loyalty. The main purpose of this project is to explore options for a customer loyalty program that we would like to launch in 2022.
