SparkPath is developing a new AI-powered Path Explorer to help students generate career paths that feel meaningful and fulfilling. The goal of this project is to gather user feedback and insights by conducting interviews with students, analyzing results, and helping refine the platform’s user experience. Students participating in this project will gain hands-on experience in qualitative research, interviewing techniques, insight generation, and data analysis. They will contribute directly to building an intuitive, student-focused AI experience that supports meaningful career exploration.

Produce YouTube Videos that Transform Student Career Exploration

Produce engaging, long-form YouTube videos to help students explore careers and discover fulfilling paths. This project involves editing videos, creating visuals, and managing the channel, while leveraging AI tools to optimize content. Students will gain hands-on experience in video production, content creation, and digital media management, ensuring the videos are both informative and engaging. Tasks include assisting with filming, editing footage, designing visuals, managing uploads, and analyzing performance. The project is designed to be completed within 60 hours, giving students practical experience in creating impactful educational content.

Project Management for YouTube Video Production on Student Career Exploration

Learn project management skills by coordinating the production of YouTube videos that help students explore careers and discover fulfilling paths. Gain experience in project management by scheduling, organizing tasks, and managing the overall YouTube production process. Students will gain hands-on experience in planning timelines, coordinating filming, and ensuring videos are published on schedule, while also learning how to communicate effectively within a team. Tasks include creating and maintaining a project plan, coordinating filming sessions, tracking deadlines, managing uploads, and reviewing performance data. Editing and design work are optional, with the core focus on project management.

Transforming YouTube Videos into Short-Form Content with AI Workflows and Data Analytics

SparkPath has already helped over 100,000 students to explore careers and gain clarity on their future, and our goal is to expand our impact to reach 1,000,000 students. To do this, we'll need to meet students where they're at: watching shorts on social media. The goal of this project is to strengthen our social media presence by transforming long-form YouTube videos into engaging short-form content across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok). By leveraging AI-powered workflows and data analytics, the project will optimize content creation to more effectively connect with students navigating their career paths. Students participating in this project will gain hands-on experience applying AI, digital marketing, and data analysis skills across the entire content creation cycle, from ideation to posting and performance evaluation. Through a data-driven and adaptable strategy, the team will develop and refine an AI-integrated approach that maximizes video impact and resonates with SparkPath’s audience of career explorers.
