Students will conduct in-depth market research to assess the potential market size and identify key competitors. They will also evaluate potential partnerships for manufacturing, packaging, and distribution, providing a cost-benefit analysis. Additionally, the project involves designing a marketing and branding strategy to differentiate CPM Tools’ innovative products and exploring creative marketing tactics to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Launch Strategy for North Star Consulting
North Star Consulting is venturing into the consulting business and requires a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to effectively introduce its new consulting services. The project aims to develop a strategic plan that outlines how the company can position itself in the market, identify target customer segments, and create a compelling value proposition. The project will involve analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and potential customer needs to craft a tailored GTM approach. The goal is to ensure that North Star Consulting can successfully penetrate the market and establish a strong brand presence. This project will provide learners with the opportunity to apply marketing theories and strategic planning skills acquired in the classroom to a real-world scenario.
