We would like to target certain international markets with our App services. Weddings in certain countries are big business. We would like to discover the barriers or requirements necessary to compete in these international markets. Phase 1 Research and determine the largest international markets for weddings, and show your work. Rank the locations that would best represent our target market. Create an action plan for marketing to these locations.

Phase 2 - International Expansion - Targeted go to Market Strategy
We would like to target certain international markets with our App services. Weddings in certain countries are big business. We would like to discover the barriers or requirements necessary to compete in these international markets. Phase 2 Create a marketing plan to target locations determined in Phase 1. Create Social Media content directed at the markets determined in Phase 1. This includes ads and strategies for Facebook, Pinterest, TicTok, and Instagram (or Other?) that would best represent our target market.

We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Program Overview: Volunteer Services is a central resource to the entire organization, responsible for the recruitment, retention and recognition of over 1000 volunteers who dedicate over 20,000 hours each year. The Volunteer Service department recruits, processes registration, organizes retaining volunteers and students to serve more than 20 programs within WoodGreen in a large variety of roles. Ultimately, you will be assisting with the design and implementation of existing social media plan, marketing and communication strategy, and community outreach activities to service providers. Our team is looking to take our social media presence to the next level in order to drive traffic to our pages. To do this, we hope to improve our search engine optimization, and create an optimal schedule for our social media posts to be uploaded.
