Working with the Cavendish University consulting team on the Teamflect implementation project has been a highly positive and productive experience. From the outset, the team demonstrated a strong understanding of our project goals and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the engagement.
Their deliverables consistently met the expectations outlined in the project scope. The documents provided (including the change management strategy, communication plan, resistance management report, leadership support strategy, and evaluation framework) were thoughtful, well-structured, and grounded in practical application. Their integration of recognized models like ADKAR and Kotter’s 8-Step framework provided helpful structure and credibility, and the team showed clear consideration for Unified Alloys’ context, including our phased rollout approach and culture of continuous improvement.
