Goal: develop a sales & marketing strategy to develop our new training for commercial kitchens to prevent food waste and improve their bottom line

The primary project requirements include:

  • Gathering and analyzing competitors' data
  • Analyzing outreach strategies of companies reaching out to our target: hotel chains and full-service restaurants
  • Suggest strategies to maximize our impact as a social entreprise
  • Develop a 3 pages document with a Sales and Marketing Strategy - to be integrated in a business plan
