We would like students to help us with creating a campaign strategy, and schedule content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector for our IFund Women fundraising campaign. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization.

Strategy

  1. Market the campaign
  2. Launch the campaign
  3. Promote the campaign

Include

  1. Create a precise pitch (why CLEARlife?)
  2. Create a planning stage where you can gather all materials and create necessary content (along with our graphics person)
  3. Create a networking strategy for more potential supporters
  4. Figuring out rewards & time lines
  5. Reward fulfillment road map

Ultimately, you will be working on strategy creation and then execution of the campaign for our organization, including using collateral created by our art department that we can use as go-to market fundraising campaign

Livrables

To accomplish this, we expect the student(s) will:

Create an account

2. Create pre-launch page with information about the campaign

3. Determine specific monetary goal and campaign length (30-45 days)

4. Create stretch goals

5. Create page - including descriptions and pictures/video

6. Create promotional posts and newsletters

7. Build an email list

8. Promote the release of the campaign - share pre-launch page

9. Connect with people who may be interested in the campaign

10. Launch the campaign and promote

11. Reach out to potential influencers

12. Maintain communication on the campaign - reply to comments

13. Promote the campaign while released

14. Post updates after campaign has been completed

Mentorat

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary. The student will also work with our graphics person assigned to the project for any media assets creation.
