Helloart is looking for a part time Sr. curator to assist with curating art for local establishments in the Toronto and Waterloo area. The Curator will work directly with artists, hosts and helloart staff to gain hands-on experience curating, planning and assisting with installation of the artwork.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Curates collections of artwork for each local establishment using the helloart platform.
● Responsible for planning, logistics and implementation of exhibitions.
● Assist with the facilitation of equipment and artwork transportation for exhibitions.
● Understands the art market in Toronto and organizes all local art events.
● Maintains excellent, timely and professional communication with artists and hosts.
● Performs other administrative duties as requested by the helloart team.
All tasks are to be completed remotely.
helloart will provide training and mentorship to the hired curator.
