Details:

The objective of this project is to conduct a comprehensive competitive analysis of the Canadian telehealth market, identify opportunities for market expansion and begin generating leads for potential partnerships. A key focus will be on exploring how Telerehab AI can be introduced into First Nations communities, where access to timely rehabilitation services is often limited. This platform has the potential to fill a critical healthcare gap by offering culturally sensitive, remote rehabilitation solutions that improve accessibility and health outcomes. Students will also develop a business roadmap to guide Telerehab AI’s growth strategy, with a focus on community-driven deployment and partnerships that align with the platform’s social impact goals.

Livrables

Tasks and Milestones:

  1. Competitive & Ecosystem Analysis (Weeks 1–2)
  • Research Canadian telehealth providers, including those serving Indigenous and remote communities.
  • Identify gaps in current offerings related to culturally sensitive rehab care.
  • Map existing health tech networks, partnerships, and outreach efforts.
  • Prepare a report highlighting where Telerehab AI can add distinct value.
  1. Community Outreach & Partnership Mapping (Weeks 3–4)
  • Identify potential First Nations communities or healthcare organizations open to digital rehab solutions.
  • Research existing Indigenous health initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Recommend culturally appropriate outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Develop a First Nations partnership readiness checklist for Telerehab AI.
  1. Lead Generation (Weeks 5–6)
  • Compile a lead list of clinics, regional health authorities, and organizations (e.g., FNIHB, Friendship Centres).
  • Research key decision-makers and gather contact details.
  • Recommend outreach channels tailored to Indigenous and rural health orgs.
  • Provide outreach messaging templates (email, LinkedIn, etc.).
  1. Business Roadmap Development (Weeks 7–8)
  • Build a 1–3 year roadmap with clear milestones for product deployment, partnerships, and impact tracking.
  • Include marketing, risk mitigation, and community engagement strategies.
  • Propose KPIs that measure health access impact, not just revenue growth.

Final Deliverables:

  1. Competitive & Ecosystem Analysis Report
  2. Community Partnership Strategy
  3. Lead Generation List & Messaging Toolkit
  4. Business Roadmap Document
