The main goal of this project is to help Packetlabs, a cybersecurity company, transition from a project-based revenue model to a recurring/subscription revenue model. This will involve identifying and implementing the necessary changes to the company's business strategy, processes, and systems to successfully make the transition.

Livrables
  1. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences in the cybersecurity industry.
  2. Analyze Packetlabs' existing customer base to identify potential target segments for recurring/subscription services.
  3. Develop and test new service offerings that can be delivered on a recurring/subscription basis.
  4. Determine pricing strategies and packaging options for the new services.
  5. Develop a sales and marketing plan to attract and retain customers for the new services.
  6. Identify and address operational and organizational challenges associated with the new revenue model.
  7. Develop financial projections to assess the impact of the new revenue model on Packetlabs' profitability and cash flow.
  8. Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the new revenue model and identify areas for improvement.
Mentorat

Students will work closely with CEO, Dave Burnett who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
