marketing marketing strategies auditing advertisementThe main goal of this project is to review and audit all existing marketing components and initiatives to help ensure they are synergistic and efficient in terms of their set-up and cost for maximum impact to generate new patient leads for Toronto Neck and Back Pain Clinic.
The tasks learners will need to complete to achieve the project goal include:
- Analyzing existing marketing components and initiatives.
- Identifying areas for improvement and potential cost savings.
- Developing a plan to optimize marketing components and initiatives for maximum impact.
- Researching new marketing strategies and tactics to generate new patient leads.
- Testing and evaluating the effectiveness of new strategies and tactics.
- Reviewing and revising existing paid ads for effectiveness and appropriate set-up.
- Creating a report of findings and recommendations.
Exposure to existing ads and marketing efforts, concepts, and implementation strategies. Provide time to interact and understand the nature of the marketing concepts, origin, and goals.
Help to encourage and implement actionable plans or steps for work to be done on the project.
