The main goal for the project is to provide virtual assistance to the agency owner, supporting in the management of their day to day schedule and organization of tasks. This will involve overseeing multiple projects and doing some project-related research.

Livrables

- Understanding the organizational needs of the agency and agency owner.


- Support with scheduling and task management.


- Researching and selecting virtual assistant software that aligns with the agency's requirements.


- Researching ways AI can support in creating ease in the agency's operational tasks.


- Implementing and customizing the selected virtual assistant software.


- Training the agency owner on how to effectively use the new systems being implemented.


- Conducting research on various topics as needed.



Final deliverables:


- A schedule and task organization system for the agency owner.


- All source materials including the software selection criteria, implementation documentation, and training materials.


- A written report explaining the software selection and implementation process.


- Research reports on topics selected.


Mentorat
  • We will be mentoring the student 1 on 1 throughout their entire time with the agency.


  • We are entirely flexible to the student's schedule and availability although we prefer mentorships hours to be scheduled before 4:00pm EST Monday-Thursday.


  • We will walk the student through a formal onboarding process so they are very clear about the guidelines on the project.


  • We will be available to any questions or guidance the students may need - 7 days a week!
