MoVA Realities is seeking to establish a strong foothold in the rapidly evolving WebXR market. The challenge lies in differentiating MoVA from competitors while simultaneously creating a strategic partnership framework to enhance business development. This project aims to develop a competitive positioning strategy that highlights MoVA's unique value propositions and identifies potential partners that align with MoVA's vision for sustainable growth. By leveraging classroom knowledge in marketing, strategic management, and business development, learners will analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and potential partnership opportunities. The goal is to ensure MoVA's industry leadership and long-term success in the WebXR space.

Livrables

The project deliverables include a comprehensive competitive positioning strategy document and a strategic partnership framework. These documents should outline MoVA's unique market position, potential partners, and actionable steps for implementation. Additionally, a presentation summarizing key findings and recommendations will be prepared for MoVA's leadership team.
