The Human Resources Intern will assist with various HR functions to support Resilient Hearts' team and its mission. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources while contributing to meaningful work. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR practices and be ready to take on diverse tasks within a supportive environment. Please note this is uplaid opportunity

Livrables

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Employee Onboarding: Help streamline onboarding processes, ensuring new team members have a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized employee records, adhering to confidentiality and data privacy requirements.
  • Training & Development: Support the design and organization of training materials and onboarding sessions for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Assist in organizing staff meetings and events that promote team cohesion and a positive work culture.
  • HR Communications: Draft and send out internal HR updates, reminders, and announcements as needed.
  • Policy & Procedure Support: Contribute to the review and development of HR policies and practices that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Academic Program: Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Target Education Level: Bachelor's degree (4th-year student preferred)

Competencies, Skills, and Experience

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in written and verbal communication, essential for HR documentation and team interactions.
  • Team-Oriented: A collaborative approach to working with others.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism: Commitment to handling sensitive information responsibly.
  • Proficiency with HR Software and Tools: Familiarity with HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related software is a plus.
