The main goal of this project is to increase patient flow to the Dakota Dental office in downtown/Yorkville Toronto, as well as increase calls made to the office for new patient examinations and emergency visits. This will be achieved through a social media marketing campaign focusing on Instagram and Tiktok.

To achieve the project goal, learners will need to complete the following tasks:

- Research and identify target audiences for the Dakota Dental office.

- Develop a social media marketing strategy focusing on Instagram and Tiktok.

- Create content for Instagram and Tiktok that is engaging and relevant to the target audience.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of the social media marketing campaign.

- Make adjustments to the campaign as needed to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Staff time - discussing with owners and office manager, access to tools and technology, and access to data, contact with original marketing agency and previous marketing histor.

After work hours, weekends available.
