Livrables

We want students to help us with the following activities:

  1. Prepare PowerPoint slides based on the given material
  2. Enter questions and answers in a database for online quizzes
  3. Contact clients through phone, email, and text daily. Software (Fongo) will be provided for the phone and text. Update digital CRM system regarding client interactions.
  4. Arrange appointments and manage client meetings
  5. Edit video recordings for online websites
  6. Create marketing material on Canva or similar software
  7. Post the digital media on our social media websites on a regular basis.


Mentorat

Students will work closely with the primary project manager who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.

Meetings will be held on Zoom and also review the analytics of the digital sites.
