The goal of this project is to create in-depth case studies of BoardSpace's customers to learn how and why they use the product. This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Interviewing BoardSpace customers to learn more about their experience with the product.


- Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.


- Writing up case studies for each interview suitable for posting on BoardSpace website and extracting short quotes for use on social media.

Livrables

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:


- Understanding of BoardSpace's customer base and their experience with the product.


- Identification of areas for improvement and customer success stories.


Final deliverables should include:


- Written case studies suitable for posing on BoardSpace's website and short content for posting on social media.


Mentorat

Students will connect directly with us for mentorship throughout the project. We will be able to provide answers to questions such as:

  • Current product understanding
  • Access to the BoardSpace app and assistance in inviting current customers to participate.

Pat Crosscombe founded BoardSpace due to her experience on a condo board. BoardSpace is on a mission to organize the boards of directors of the world and was built by a team that understands the needs of condo and non-profit boards.
