Coello Creative Agency is seeking to enhance the efficiency of its CEO's daily operations by developing a comprehensive virtual assistant support system. The project aims to create a structured framework that will assist in scheduling meetings, managing client interactions, and streamlining the onboarding process for new clients. This initiative will allow learners to apply their knowledge of business administration and project management in a practical setting.


As the temporary right-hand to the CEO - learners will gain valuable experience in time management, communication, and organizational skills. The goal is to gain valuable insight on what it takes to run an agency while helping Coello develop a system that can be easily implemented and adapted for future use, ensuring that the CEO's time is optimized and client relationships are maintained efficiently.

Livrables

The project deliverables will include:


- A comprehensive virtual assistant support framework, consisting of a detailed scheduling system and an onboarding process guide.

- A set of tools and templates that can be utilized by the virtual assistant to ensure consistency and efficiency in daily operations.

- The final deliverable will be a presentation outlining the system's features and benefits and demonstrating its potential impact on the CEO's productivity.
