TRU Career and Experiential Learning is looking for an HR student who wants to gain experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, Orientation and General HR Skills. This project is an opportunity to develop generalized HR skills that will assist with future HR employment opportunities.


Livrables
  • Develop a new onboarding process for all TRU Co-op students
  • Special project requests as required
  • Grant application development and submission
  • HR presentations for stakeholder development
  • Small marketing requests from faculty members
  • Liaison with People and Culture for system alignment during onboarding and orientation
  • Liaison with people and culture for program development and improvement


Mentorat
  • Weekly meetings with supervisor, monthly department meetings, training sessions.
  • Professional Development opportunities internally at TRU.
  • Attendance at Presentations and seminar
  • Connection with employers and Internal TRU staff
