Goal: Develop a robust strategy for LulAI to expand into new markets and attract clients through targeted marketing and sales efforts.


Project Overview: This integrated project combines strategic market entry planning with a focused marketing and sales strategy to enhance LulAI’s market presence and client base. Students will conduct market research to identify high-potential regions and industries for LulAI’s growth. Concurrently, they will design and implement a digital marketing campaign tailored to these identified markets, aiming to boost brand awareness and drive client acquisition.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Identify key markets and sectors for LulAI’s expansion, including a competitive analysis and growth opportunities.
  • Strategic Entry Plan: Develop actionable strategies for entering and establishing LulAI in these markets, including partnership opportunities and entry timelines.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Create a comprehensive marketing plan that includes content creation, social media strategy, and targeted advertising to reach potential clients.
  • Sales Funnel Design: Develop a sales process with lead generation tactics, client nurturing strategies, and metrics for tracking ROI and client acquisition success.
  • Execution Roadmap: Outline the steps for implementing the market entry and marketing strategies, including timelines, key milestones, and resource allocation.

This combined approach will provide LulAI with a clear path for market expansion and a targeted plan to attract and onboard clients, positioning the company for growth and increased visibility in its target markets.
