The main goal of this project is to create and start implementing a marketing strategy for Acrostrong's Flento app. This will involve managing marketing channels, managing social media, and managing product specialists for marketing efforts. The goal is to acquire over 300 users by the end of Q4.


Livrables

In order to achieve the project goal, learners will need to complete the following tasks:


- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Flento app.


- Create and manage marketing channels, such as email campaigns, social media, and other online platforms.


- Manage product specialists to ensure marketing efforts are successful.


- Monitor and analyze user engagement and performance metrics.


- Track and report on progress towards the goal of acquiring 300 users by the end of Q4.


Mentorat

We will provide direct communication with the senior members of the team.

We will include students to our strategic and working meetings.

Students will get mentorship by member of the leadership group.
