I have been struggling with hypothyroidism for years. Foods high in carbohydrates especially bread and pasta were always problematic for me. For the last two years I have been experimenting with different kinds of flours to produce a bread that is high in protein and nutritions while low in carbohydrates. Eventually I was successful in achieving this goal!

I would like to build a business around this new mixture of flours to produce different kinds of bread, pasta and baked goods. Before doing so, I will need to research the market and a good business plan to help me pursue my project. I am the founder and CEO of another company and I have very good experience about developing businesses from scratch. Your course will be very helpful to take my business idea to the next level.
