    Hafsah was a valuable addition to our team and brought a positive energy to our collaboration. One area for growth would be managing workload more effectively. At times, it seemed like she had taken on more than she could realistically handle, which impacted her ability to meet deadlines. Originally, we had planned for two deliverables, but ultimately moved to one due to capacity constraints. There were a few instances where Hafsah arrived at meetings without the expected progress, which made it challenging to stay on track. With better workload management, I believe she has the potential to contribute even more meaningfully in future projects.
